| If you
are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us
within 40 days of the invoice date and we will refund your purchase
price (less shipping cost). We do not charge restocking fees. Should a
shipment appear to be visibly damaged upon arrival, you should refuse to
accept it, then contact us via email to request a replacement.
A return package must be prepaid and insured for the full purchase
price by a carrier that can be tracked such as UPS, FedEx or United
States Postal Service registered mail.
Refunds do not include the cost of shipping the product to you.
Returned and exchanged items must be
accompanied by their original packaging, tags, warranty cards,
documentation, and manuals. If packaging is missing we reserve the right
to refuse the return or charge a 10% restocking fee.
Make sure your order number and name are inside the shipping
container so we know who to give credit to.
